W&O Supply's Internship and Co-op Program gives students the opportunity to gain practical, challenging and meaningful on-the-job work experience, while working for the industry's leading distributor of marine valves, pipe, fittings, and valve automation services. Our Corporate Internship and Co-op Program offer opportunities for internships in several fields including: Sales, Information Technology, Warehousing and Materials Management. Your interests, course of study and the availability of openings determine assignments. Interns are given the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and apply their knowledge from college coursework, as well as the chance to network with all levels of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a four year college
Must have completed sophomore year
Have a declared major that supports a W&O job description
In academic good standing with a minimum GPA of 2.8 on 4.0
Must be able to meet uninterrupted attendance requirements
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
This program is designed
to identify, develop and retain future leaders in
our organization. It will be a comprehensive and flexible part of our succession plan for
key positions to ensure the ongoing leadership capability of the organization. We will recruit
recent college graduates and/or identify internal talent to be a part of this program. The program
length is 12 months. All initial training will begin in Jacksonville at our Corporate Office.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a recent college graduate.
Must have a minimum of a 2.8 GPA with a bachelor's degree in (preferred, but not limited to): business administration, business management or maritime degree.
In academic good standing with a minimum GPA of 2.8 on 4.0
Must declare upfront that they are willing to relocate to any W&O location
where the need arises upon completion of the program.
